Thank you for choosing Smart Management School. This documentation will guide you through registration, setup, and usage of the system. Since this is a web-based solution, you don’t need to install or manage servers. Once you purchase the system, our team will register your institution and provide you login credentials. From there, you can immediately start using the platform.

Getting Started

Purchase a subscription for your school/college.
Our support team will register your institution on the system.
You will receive login credentials for the Admin account.
Admin can then add teachers, students, parents, and staff.
Start using the system for admissions, fees, exams, and daily operations.

No technical setup required – everything is managed on our cloud server.

Modules Overview

Smart Management School includes multiple modules to cover all school operations:

Student Admission: Add students, siblings, documents, and ID details.
Fees Management: Define fee structures, discounts, installments, and online payments.
Attendance: Mark attendance for students & staff with daily/subject-wise reports.
Exams & Results: Create exams, enter marks, and generate report cards.
Library: Manage books, issue/return, and keep complete records.
Transport: Assign vehicles, routes, and track transport details.
Hostel: Manage hostel rooms, occupancy, and allocations.
Payroll: Generate staff salaries with allowances and deductions.
Communication: Send SMS, Email, and Notifications to parents & staff.

User Roles

Admin: Full system access, manage modules, and settings.
Teacher: Manage classes, attendance, assignments, exams, and marks.
Student: View assignments, marks, timetable, and fees.
Parent: Track child’s progress, fees, and attendance.
Accountant: Manage fees, payroll, and financial reports.
Librarian: Manage library records, issue and return of books.
